Turn bananas into a face scrub that will soften your skin. Blend one ripe bananas and 2 teaspoons of honey together and store the mixture in an air-tight container. When you're ready to use the homemade mask, apply it to your face and allow it to sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it off.

You can also use old yoghurt and leftover nuts to make a foot scrub. First, finely grind or chop the nuts and add them to the yoghurt, mixing well. Apply to your feet as needed and focus on dry patches and calluses to soften your skin.
