Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 cup | Frozen berries |
½ | Banana - peeled, sliced and frozen |
¾ cup | 2% Greek yoghurt |
¼ cup | 2% milk |
2 tbsp | Peanut butter |
½ tsp | Vanilla extract |
Kosher salt, to taste |
DIRECTIONS
1 | Blend all ingredients until smooth, for about a minute. |
2 | Serve immediately. |
3 | For pre-pack version, portion the ingredients in several airtight plastic bags. |
4 | Store in the freezer until you’re ready to blend. |
If you want to have some greens in your smoothie, try adding spinach or broccoli.
