INGREDIENTS
| 8 | Eggs |
| 200g | Sausage or ground meat |
| 1 cup | Cheddar cheese |
| Salt and pepper To taste | |
| Bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, spinach Optional |
DIRECTIONS
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 180°C. |
| 2 | Brown the sausage (or ground meat) in oil and drain it after. |
| 3 | Beat eggs in a bowl. Add the sausages (or ground meat), cheese, salt, pepper, and mix well. |
| 4 | Pour the mixture into a greased full size muffin pan ⅔ full. |
| 5 | Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Use toothpick to check for doneness. |
