INGREDIENTS
Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray | |
1/2 Cup | Milk |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
3 | large eggs |
1/2 Cup | All-purpose flour |
2 tbsp | Sugar |
1/4 tsp | Ground cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | Salt |
1/3 Cup | Smucker’s® Strawberry Preserves |
Powdered sugar |
DIRECTIONS
1 | Heat oven to 400°F. Coat 12 muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray. |
2 | Place milk, vanilla, eggs, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Divide evenly into prepared muffin cups. |
3 | Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from pan. Fill each with 1 teaspoon preserves. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. |
