Nachos with Belacan Sprinkles

Corn tortilla chips. salted

Tomatoes, chunks

Red Onion, diced
1/4 Cup
Cilantro leaves, chopped

Jalapeno peppers/ green chili, seeded and finely chopped

Belacan paste
1 Tbsp
Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients; transfer to a stone mortar.

Salt to taste.

Pound with the pestle until pieces are broken, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
