Sirup Bandung Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
4 Slices | All-purpose Flour |
1 Cup | Sugar |
1 Tbsp | Salt |
1 Tbsp | Baking Powder |
1/2 Tbsp | Baking Soda |
1 Cup | Buttermilk |
1 Cup | Butter, softened |
1 Tbsp | Rose Extract |
4 pcs | Eggs |
DIRECTIONS
1 | Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. |
2 | Add in eggs one at a time, then add rose extract and mix until well combined. |
3 | Add in salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well. |
4 | Add in the flour and buttermilk, alternating both ingredients. Finish off with flour and mix until its fully incorporated (don’t over-mix). |
5 | Pour the batter in the cupcake liners and bake for 18-22 minutes at 180 Celsius or until the skewer comes clean. |
