INGREDIENTS
Approx 3L | Water |
Dried White Snow Fungus (soaked in water until soft & cut) | |
Red Dates | |
Goji Berries | |
Dried Lotus Seeds | |
Dried Lily Buds | |
Rock Sugar |
DIRECTIONS
1 | In a slow cooker add the water, and set to high. |
2 | Rinse red dates, goji, lotus seeds and lily buds under running water. Add into the cooker. |
3 | Next, add in the fungus and let it simmer for 4 hours, adding the rock sugar to taste until it dissolves. |
4 | Serve it cold or warm. |
